2. Permission to Sell Photographs

   • The Seller agrees to grant Us permission to promote, distribute, and sell their photographs through our website and social platforms.

   • The Seller retains all copyright rights to their photographs. The Seller confirms that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and consents required to sell photographs through our website.

3. Compensation

   • The Seller agrees to payment of compensation to be determined in agreement with Our Company. Compensation will be disbursed to the Seller according to our standard payment terms.

4. Our Company's Obligations

   • We will promote, distribute, and sell the Seller's photographs through our website.

   • We will provide the Seller with access to the points system concerning their photographs.

5. Seller's Obligations

   • The Seller agrees to submit their photographs in accordance with our upload guidelines.

   • The Seller will provide accurate ownership and copyright information for each photograph they sell.

   • The Seller undertakes not to infringe upon the copyrights of third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

   • We are not liable for any losses or damages that may arise from the use of our website for photograph sales.

7. Termination of Agreement

   • This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice to the other party.

   • Termination of the Agreement will not affect transactions already agreed upon or rights accrued prior to the termination date.

8. General Terms​

9. Acceptance of Agreement

   • The Seller acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Permission before commencing the sale of their photographs through our website.

 

By signing in and uploading pictures the Seller agrees to all terms and obligations stated in this document.
